From it's inception in 1992, Ferrill's Marine Construction sought to build a solid irrefutable reputation that stands for progress, quality, and craftsmanship. The waterways were decorated with bulkheads, boathouses, lifts built and maintained by FMC. After years of service FMC became recognized as one of the premier marine construction companies serving the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Late 2005 found Ferrill's Marine Construction victimized by the rising waters of Katrina like the rest of the Gulf Coast. The owners lost their home, vehicles, and equipment to floodwaters. However the Ferrill family never lost their faith.
